STEP #4: We will confirm receipt of all orders within 24 hours. If you need something in a hurry, or if you do not hear from us right away, please call (503) 332-9591 to make sure that we received your order. Standard turnaround time for deliveries is 2 -5 days, although we often deliver/ship the next day. If you absolutely need a gift delivered by a certain date and time, please indicate this clearly when ordering. Irresistible Home reserves the right to substitute without notice any minor gift item component that may be out of stock or temporarily backordered with a different product of equal or greater value. We may also substitute specific food items that won't hold up well in warm weather (i.e. chocolate) during the later spring and summer months.
STEP #5: You will be notified when your gift has been delivered and you will receive an invoice via e-mail or fax, as indicated on your order form. Payment is due immediately. Thank you for your order! Please let us know if there is any way we can better serve you.
STEP #6: Wait for a phone call from your client, friend or family member telling you how nice you are for remembering them!!!
